Hi there, thank you for your response

If Windows is no longer accessible due to the loop and the recovery options are no longer working as well, you may need to proceed with a custom installation of Windows.

You will need to use another working Windows computer and a USB. Please use a blank USB because any content on it will be deleted and it needs to be at least 8GB.

I hope this helps, feel free to contact me for any further questions.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. This computer is a brand-new custom build. I have followed all of the steps from the many videos addressing the problem plus I have updated all of the software to the latest versions and drivers. This is a relatively high-end machine with I9, 128 Gigs of Ram, and an Nvidia 16 GIG video card designed for video editing. I have decades of experience with computers and have spent years working at Microsoft, working for Intel, and others. I am now retired and just decided to upgrade to likely my last PC. I am new to Windows 11 and can't imagine this OS that has been out this long and is still having problems like this and it hasn't been resolved.

Hi there, thank you for your response

Normally, new computers do not come with the updated Windows version so it would be best to make sure it is up to date as that is one possible cause of the issue.

The possible causes of a startup loop are outdated and corrupted system files, an outdated windows version, a possible faulty driver, or a possible faulty hardware.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. This is a brand-new computer with a fresh installation, only 2 days old. Based on all of the videos online about it, is obviously a design flaw.

I am learning how to fix it, but my question is what causes it and why does it seem to happen so easily to so many users, and how to avoid the problem in the first palce Thanks
