How do I fix this error! Please help

Can someone assist me with this error?

Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

How can I contact support to fix this? I am using this comp for work (we had to download lots of systems)

And it's my girlfriends laptop!

Please can someone help me out

    Hi ShaeLUV,

    Sorry, I was offline.

    When you start your Pc now, what do you see, is there a blue screen, and if so, before the blue screen, do you see the manufacturers logo screen and then the spinning dots to indicate Windows is attempting to boot up and then the blue screen?

    Hi ShaeLUV,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Press and hold the power button on the case of the laptop for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a hard shut down.

    Wait a few seconds and start the laptop, does it boot into Windows normally?
