Opening anything from desktop takes up to two minutes. File explorer works fine, and opening the same file from the explorer is normal. Opening apps from the start menu or the task bar also works like it used to, but if it is from a shortcut on the desktop it is really slow. I updated the firmware, but it didn't help. The problem does not occur in safe boot. Any idea what could cause the problem and how could I fix it?
