I Apologise if the issue still persists after taking those steps, I have a few more additional steps to fix the issue:

    . Apply the Troubleshooter.

Step 1: On your Windows 10 computer, go to Start, open Settings and then choose Update & Security and from there, click on Troubleshoot. You will then need to select Additional Troubleshooter.

Step 2: From there, you can scroll down the page to find the Windows Store Apps and then select Run the troubleshooter. The troubleshooter will scan your PC and repair any issues it finds.

. Run EaseUS Todo PCTrans to Repair Programs.

Step 1. Choose "App Management" from the left panel, and click "Start" to securely repair your damaged apps.

Step 2. You can see all of apps installed on your PC, scroll down to select the targeted one you want to repair.

Step 3. Click the downward triangle icon to choose "Repair"

. Update Your App to the Newest Version (It is possible that the application did not meet the updates installed on Windows 10 causing the issue to occur).

Step 1: On your Windows 10 device, select Start and then choose Microsoft Store.

Step 2: In the Microsoft Store, select the Account Menu, on the three dots that can be found in the upper right corner. From there, select Settings.

Step 3: Under App updates make sure that the On option is selected for Update apps automatically. This will ensure apps are continuously kept up to date.

    . Check Windows Update Service.

Step 1: Go to the Start menu on your Windows 10 computer and select Settings.

Step 2: From there, select Update & Security.

Step 3: Select Troubleshoot from the right-hand panel of options.

Step 4: Under the Troubleshoot page, select the option Windows Update (it may be under Additional troubleshooters) and click on Run the troubleshooter to find and fix any problems.

    . Check Your Windows Update

Step 1: Go to the Start menu on your Windows 10 computer and select Settings.

Step 2: From there, select Update & Security.

Step 3: Under Windows Update, click Check for updates to scan and update Windows to the latest version.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!
