GPU gets to -1% usage in Task Manager

Hi, i have been getting this kind of weird problem, i have built a new pc recently and sometimes it just freezes and i cant do almost nothing, followed by a restart 6 minutes laters, i have found out that in task manager my gpu gets to -1% when this happens, no graph updates from this point, all is frozen. I have tried with 2 gpus and the integrated one, this keeps happening. Its kind of frustrating to see this happening, sometimes i could be watching some videos and it just restarts since i cant notice the pc is frozen. I also see these 2 critical errors right at the time of restarting (photo).

Also, i messed up a bit with my windows install, you can see that the EFI partition is after the install, and there is no other partition, if there is a way to solve this that doesnt imply reinstalling windows or losing any data/config i would like to know, this could be the cause of the freezes.

This is my PC build:

  • Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000MHz 32GB 2x16 GB CL36
  • AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz Box
  • Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX
  • Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti WINDFORCE OC 12GB GDDR6X
  • Forgeon Bolt PSU 850W 80+ Gold Full Modular (REACONDITIONED)
  • Seagate BarraCuda 3.5" 4TB SATA3
  • WD BLACK SN770 2TB NVMe SSD
  • Nox Hummer TGX Rainbow RGB 3.0 USB

I also have to note that the PSU is reaconditioned, could be the cause but im not sure if i should replace it before testing software solutions

You may try to reduce RAM frequency too.

Looks like i cant find my rams in that table, i had problems when booting up the pc first time because the motherboard couldnt handle the 6000 mhz, however a bios update fixed it. I have just updated to windows 11 to see if that fix the issue, if it does not, ill write a reply, then ill try changing the rams, thanks for the help, ill update.

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Seems this is a hardware problem. Please check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B650-AORUS...
