BTHMODEM PROBLEM

Good day. I need help, I could not enable my Kernel-mode Hardware-Enforced Stack Protection it says issues with compatibilities in drivers. So I tried the Auto-run, and the highlighted was the BTHMODEM. How do I upgrade it's driver?

    What is the brand and model of the device.
    You will be able to update the driver through your device manufacturer support website.

    Hi Jaspreet,

    My unit is Inspiron 13 5310, and I already went to my device manufacturer's website and downloaded all available drivers and still has the same problem. Autoruns highlights the two with BTHMODEM in red and DBUtilDrv2 in yellow:

    BTHMODEM Bluetooth Modem Communications Driver: Bluetooth Communications Driver (Not Verified) Microsoft Corporation C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\bthmodem.sys Sat May 7 13:19:01 2022

    DBUtilDrv2 DBUtilDrv2 Service: File not found: C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\DBUtilDrv2.sys
