SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED on relatively new build

I'm experiencing consistent "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" bsods during boot up on Win 11. Fully update bios, windows, manufacturer and gpu drivers. System boots into safe mode successfully though. Asus z790 creator board, RTX 4090, 13900ks cpu, 64gb of RAM. Pulling my hair out, system was previously stable and can't seem to figure out what's happening. Ran Memtest86 via the Bios and did two full rounds with no errors.

Tried turning off XMP and didn't change anything. Also sfc /scannow and DISM all show no errors.

Below is linked a zip file with 4 more or less back to back minidumps. https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ah6CxNgFwHhFgRamZrEZPEDk6pUB?e=rkbSo3

If anyone can sort what the problem might be it would be very appreciated.

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, upon analyzing and checking the DMP files, the error you have is ntkrnlmp.exe, this is usually caused by Damaged power cords and adapters, and drivers, to fix this issue kindly refer to the steps provided on this link:

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to check the device for any hardware-related issues physically.
