I tried troubleshooting my Bluetooth and it gave me the bolded error below:
Qualcomm QCA9377 Bluetooth is reporting error code 52. Unfortunately this error code cannot be fixed by the troubleshooter. Please try visiting your device manufacturer's support website for more help.

When I tried to do the System File Checker Tool it gave me the bolded error below:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094eandWindows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

    Hi Ashley,

I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.

Right click the Start Menu icon > Device Manager > Under "Bluetooth" right-click the Qualcomm Bluetooth Adapter > Uninstall device

Download the Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's website. Or try this one below:

Hi, i don't have clue for direct problem if you driver dont work (i just propose you to reinstall windows if you realy need a working wifi and suggest you to go wired instead and completely disable wifi from bios for security prevention).

But for the "Corrupted" thing you encounter you are not the only person who have it, and if you look close on you cbs.log you will find a bthmodem.sys file who is declared maybe "Repaired"but some time after or directly after reboot you will find again "Corrupted"..

To make simple the good real file that is not corrupted is located in another place of you computer than what the tool is take his file for repair or cant overwrite the file.

If you want the good last version of this file that the tool wanted to repair from.. just search for "bthmodem.sys" in all "c:" all directotory and system directory as well.

You eventualy find the good file located in a folder like me (C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\mdmbtmdm.inf_amd64_0075051cde3dc804)

and replace from this bthmodem.sys over the "Corrupted" one who is located in (C:\Windows\System32\drivers)

If you cant replace it while in normal reboot just redo it after a restart in safe mode. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234
    Have
     a nice day.

(i dont know why there is a problem in the file except i have noticed the old and new file dont have same version.) old is 10.0.2261.1 from 07/05/2022 07:19 and the new non "Corrupted" is 10.0.22621.2506 from 04/11/2023 04:09.)

    I hope it help someone.

Hello, I’m Virginia, a fellow user like yourself.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems. May I ask which Windows 10/11 build are you running - 21H2 or 22H2?

You might have to reinstall an older driver via the device’s entry within device manager if it doesn’t show then check under View>Show hidden devices.

    Right click device.

    Choose update driver.

Choose ‘browse my computer for drivers’.

Choose ‘let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer’.

Choose the compatible hardware from the list, then choose next.

Choose one of the older drivers from the list shown, then click next.

This will then reinstall the driver.

As for the sfc problem you can try an inplace repair.

I recommend an in-place upgrade repair.

In a nutshell you just download the Win 11 .iso, mount this by right clicking on the file & choosing Mount, run setup by double clicking the file, follow instructions & continue with the install. This will upgrade you to 22H2 if you’re not already running this build.

Please note a repair install is not a reset, this is a last attempt at repairing a PC without a clean install. If this fails to repair the problem then usually a clean install is required.
