I am a user of Windows 11, whenever i log into my pc, the screen goes all black and nothing is accessible, only visible thing is the cursor. I can open the task manager using the shortcut. I have tried to fix it for a long time. I even reset the operating system but it doesn't help at all. Please help, my computer is inaccessible.

Edit: My computer is on dual boot and I use windows 10 as the secondary operating system, and it has the same issue.

Hello Shourya,

Thank you for updating me with that information. If both Windows 10 and 11 have the same issue, it only indicates that your drive may be defective.

Please try to perform a clean installation first and avoid doing a dual boot within a few days to check if the issue will continue.

Kind regards,

John DeV

Thank you for the assistance, but I just remembered that my pc is on dual boot, the other os is windows 10, I checked if it was working, but it seemed to give the same problem, so I personally do not think that a clean installation would fix the issue. Sorry for not mentioning it above.
