Can't get my printer to connect. when I first bought it connected. called the printer company and said it could be from my computer updating and now blocking it not allowing the printer to download or connect.

Please provide some more details to help to identify what is causing the problem. Which is the full model of your printer? Which connection you are using USB, Wifi, or Ethernet? Do you have a third-party antivirus?
Also, if you are receiving an error message when trying to connect to your printer, please attach a screenshot of the error message.
You can use the "Wi-Fi Connection Assistant Ver.1.30.0 (Windows)" from the Canon website, this tool will help you to find your printer in the network and configure it on your computer.

I have a TS3522 PIXMA printer I am connected with wifi wireless all I know is Microsoft antivirus don't know if that is third party I can't get printer to connect now or even download back to my computer
