Hi,

What is the difference between policies settings which show up in office 365 admin center (Under devices and Policies) and MAM policies in intune end point manager? Looks like they are same but intune offers more control?
thanks

@TalhaAhmed-8531Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
For our problem, I have done lots of research. As far as I know, for MDM policies, Office365 can achieve much fewer functions than Intune, the comparison can refer to the following link:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/basic-mobility-security/choose-between-basic-mobility-and-security-and-intune?view=o365-worldwide#differences-in-capabilities
For MAM policies, Intune gathers many app-related policies. Office365 can provide Data loss prevention(DLP) capabilities, more details please see the reference:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/data-loss-prevention-policies?view=o365-worldwide
Hope the above information can help.
