Windows High Memory Usage Slowing Down PC

Recently my Windows PC has slowed down a lot, so much so that I can't run many games that I used to be able to. I tried to diagnose the issue and, although I'm not certain, I think it might be a problem with high memory usage. Right now the only major process I have running is Chrome and my computer is at 46% memory being used (with 11% of that being Chrome). However, even without chrome running I'm unable to run many games and just earlier today I was having trouble even navigating the windows settings menu because of the slow speeds. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions- any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi Davin,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Can you take a screenshot of the Task manager Processes so that I can see which process consumes too much Memory/RAM?

Can you also try to do a Clean Boot and see if the issue will be the same?
