How to fix DISM error code 1060?

Hi!
Im facing a problem with DISM tool, it fails a lot with error code 1060.
How can i fix it????
I have done:
sfc.exe /scannow
DISM /online /cleanup-image /StartComponentcleanup -> Fails about 4, 5 times until start and end at 20%.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth -> Fails about 4, 5 times until start like previous command.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth -> Fails about 4, 5 times until start like the 2 previous commands.
What i can do more???
Im on Windows 11 Home 64bits and is updated.

It seems that OS was really corrupted...
I try to restore system trough Pendrive with media creation tool and fails with error to.
So i had to use the restor system option in settings, it worked and now it seems to be fine.
