I've tried everything to fix it. I've reinstalled it multiple times, I've ran the windows troubleshooter, but it still doesn't work. My headphones are Bluetooth, so I have no audio when my Bluetooth doesn't work. How do I fix it?

    Hello Ben, this is Emily.

Can you please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, when launched, share a screenshot please (you can paste the screenshot directly in reply).

Also, when you go to the Device Manager, can you expand Networks adapter, and share another screenshot? Thank you!

I saw the yellow mark on the Bluetooth driver, but all it told me was it wasn't able to load the driver and gave error code 31.

Thank you. It is strange. Are you using some external USB Bluetooth adapter?

Your wifi adapter also serves as bluetooth adapter, which is the Intel AX210 one. I will suggest that you right click on the realtek one and uninstall it.

Then install the Intel BT driver. If the intel one doesn't work then try the Gigabyte link. (Intel is more generic and the gigabyte is OEM version, which has been modified to work with your board)

You can get the driver either from Intel here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/downloa...

    Or from Gigabyte: https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Driver/m...

Let me know if that resolves the issue after installing it manually this way.

I tried both drivers, but both didn't work. The intel one said it installed all right, and after I restarted my pc Bluetooth didn't work. I tried the gigabyte one and it said it didn't install correctly, so I used the compatibility option and that also didn't work.

edit: fixed the problem it was a problem with my headset itself

I am glad you figured it out and that it was just the headset. Thank you for the update.
