The PC is working fine last year but this January 2023, i've got tons of random BSOD. Tried multiple troubleshooting in SSD,RAM,PSU,USB device/ports (tried to use the PC for a day by removing some of them and see if the BSOD still occurs. and yes i still get BSOD)

  • AMD Ryzen 5 3500 6-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
  • 32.0 GB RAM (i also tried using 1 ram each (out of 4) to stress test if its RAM issue using 90-95% usage on ram. But no BSOD on that it's really random.)
  • 2 SSD (75% and 97% health, also tried to swap out and reinstall new Windows here)

I will provide some screenshot from Security & Maintenance, MINIDUMP and MEMORYDUMP too**.**

    Up, Thanks Lester BernardReye.

Issues was solve by replacing SSD after replacing the WHOLE PC with brand new components hahaha.

though the current health of my Previous SSD was 95% checked via HD Sentinel app. not sure why it's throwing different Bluescreen errors even on newly installed OS (same ISO OS used on each ssd).

So i did a test for atleast 1day each with a fresh install OS on my 3 SSD :

1st SSD = 75% health (after fresh install 5-6hrs BSOD)

2nd SSD = 95% health (after fresh install 8-12hrs BSOD)

3rd SSD = BrandNew (3days and still running)

I rarely turn off my PC for 3years now. Maybe that's the issue?

If anyone can really pin point the cause/issue based DUMP FILES that would great.

    Cheers everyone,

    Thank you

Technically for cord, it is the PSU cords to the motherboard, id you can swap PSU that would be better to check, if not, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Thank you so much for the reply. I've been troubleshooting for a week and i don't have any extra PC to swap parts and test.

NVIDIA GeForce 1050 Ti (i also have 3 monitors , my CPU doesnt support onboard graphics)https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/52ff551f-233b-441f-b4ef-d660b2fb16d6?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/52ff551f-233b-441f-b4ef-d660b2fb16d6?platform=QnA" rel="ugc nofollow">Image

also for the error ntkrnlmp.exe, i already tried to re-format my PC twice (one each of ssd), and also remove peripherals like USB camera, USB MIC, USB LED

for Power Adapter Cord, is it just the main power adapter cord for PSU that i need to change?
