bluetooth not discoverable

I am using msi bravo 15 with ryzen 5 and rx5500h gpu , i have tried multiple attemts to fix bluetooth not discovering nearby devices troubleshooting dosent help, the problem started when i tried installing uninstalling gpu drivers i tried to find bluetooth drivers but notihing is available.

my bluetooth is completely unusable even no previously added devices are shown.

    can you make sure that you have the Bluetooth drivers on your device?

    And did you reinstall the GPU drivers that you uninstalled?

    Did you make any other changes to your device settings, one of those setting changes could have caused this error. First, make sure that you have the latest Bluetooth drivers and windows version and if that doesn't work I will find more ways how to solve this issue.
