can you make sure that you have the Bluetooth drivers on your device?
And did you reinstall the GPU drivers that you uninstalled?
Did you make any other changes to your device settings, one of those setting changes could have caused this error. First, make sure that you have the latest Bluetooth drivers and windows version and if that doesn't work I will find more ways how to solve this issue.
