white boxes keep glitching

I don’t touch my laptop but white boxes will appear around all the icons and start glitching all around it. I have turned off sticky keys and toggle keys but its still glitching really badly. I’ve tried everything to do in the ease of access section but still not working. After i press esc or the backslash button on my keyboard, the glitch stops for a few seconds and then continues again. It started happening after i accidentally laid on my keyboard and i think i accidentally activated this to happen. How do i fix this?

    I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

    The white boxes appear if the item is selected from the keyboard using a key. I think a key is being pressed together with buttons.

    Please check Keyboard Tester, and see if a key is being pressed, when you press esc etc.
