Error code 0x80131018 (Windows 10)

I am unable to use my search function on my Windows 10.

When I try to troubleshoot the search issue, I get the error code 0x80131018.

I am at my wits end.

I have tried to use the troubleshooting I don’t know how many times.

I also experienced update issues. My latest updates was KB 5022282 on 26/1/2023 and KB 4023057 on 26/1/2023.

Can someone please give me a step by step solution or a link to fix this.

    Before i re install windows 10, i just need to know if this will affect my Microsoft 365 Outllook email?

    Since you have multiple issues with Windows, I suggest trying to perform an in-place upgrade to fix the issue.
