I know you mentioned you have updated the audio drivers. I would like to see the drivers you currently have on your computer to make sure you are not missing any.
Please send over screenshot photos of the drivers in both the audio inputs and audio outputs folder and the drivers in the sound, video, and game controllers.
I have enclosed the directions below.
Please type the words device manager in the search and open the page.
Then click on the Audio input and audio output folder and take a screenshot of the page.
Do the same with the sound, video, and game controllers.
Please go to the send over a screenshot of the about screen.
Type the word about in the search and open the page. Then take a screen shot of the entire page.
