Error thrown while installation is "problem with window installer package. a script required for this install to complete could not be run. contact your support personal or package vendor"

Try running the installer as an admin. But if you have already tried this then try going to
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Citrixand wiping all the content. Rebot your PC and then try installing it again.I hope this helps you! Please let me know if I can assist you more.

You update drivers only from that laptop maker. There should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility.
