Windows Server having this Application Error

HI, Windows server having this Application Error all the time.

I suspect this is related to SQL Account services, as server will first open SQL Account interface

and this error will shows up.

Application Error

Exception EAccessViolation in module rtl250.bpl at 000177E0.

Access violation at address 500677E0 in module 'rtl250.bpl'.

Read of address 09128860.

What could be the issue? Any info will be appreciated.

Below are server info:

OS: Windows Server 2019 Standard

Model: Dell PowerEdge R340

CPU: Intel Xeon E-2224

HDD: 2x 1.2TB (RAID1)

RAM: 16GB

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Settings
