How do I turn on notifications using powerschell or command prompt etc. (without going into settings)

    Hi,

    I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

    You would need to configure per-app notification tweaking in Settings. There is no other way. If you want to configure the single switch called "Focus Mode/DND", press the Win+N keys and turn off Focus mode at the top right.
