memory usage stuck over 50%

so for a while (maybe 2 to 3 year never cause me any problem until recently) the memory usage of my computer have ben stuck over 50% even when idle

i have 8 gb of memory and my usage is allway around 4.0 to 5.0

before i was just thinking that it my computer that is weak or was having not enough memory

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Please attach a screenshot of the Task Manager to help to identify which process is using the ram.

1-Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager

2-Click on "More Details" in the left bottom corner

3-Click in Memory to order the processes from which one is using more memory

And a screenshot of the System Information page.

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: msinfo32 and click on OK
