New pc windows install boot loop

Hello I’ve recently upgraded my cpu and motherboard and am having an issue where I can’t boot up windows. Initially I tried my old boot drive and continue on from there but my pc just tried to repair it and then it reboots itself into a loop. I figured I may have had a bad drive but when I cleaned it and tried to install it instead it shows the windows logo for a couple of seconds and reboots itself. I’ve also tried installing it on another drive and I still get the same issue. I wanted to see if anyone knows a fix to this or if I have a component affecting this

    Hi Manuel Carlos1,

If you changed the CPU and the motherboard I would do a clean install, if the motherboard is the same make and model of the new motherboard your bios settings on the new board might be different from the old.

What make and model is the old board and new board?

Turn us a bit more about your setup so we can help.

    Hello Manuel Carlos1

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't install the system on new computer.

It's may be caused by the UEFI boot, you can try to change it in bios to Legacy then install the system again.

You can contact the motherboard manufacturer for help about how to change the boot setting.
