My adopt acrobat does not work. I tried to down load it again but it did not go through?

I contacted Adobe and they said it is not from their side but its from Microsoft because I used to use save as or print option to convert word to PDF. But recently I couldn't use save as or print to convert word to PDF! I don't way? I appreciate if you can fix it as soon as possible.

As Windows 8 is no longer supported since 2016, I suggest that you ask Adobe why it won't install:
