We had a power outage while my computer was running a restore point. when the power came back it could not boot to the lock screen, it keeps showing me the statyup screen which leads to the recovery options. I've been trying to use the system restore point to recover my pc but everytime its about to finish it gives me an error. this time it gave me an error saying System Restore did not complete, System restore failed to extract the file (D:\program files(x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\111.0.1661.51\msvcp140.dll) from the restore point. Error code (0x80071160)

If you cannot find a recovery point that is working for you and none of the other recovery methods are working for you, then the only remaining option will be to reset Windows while keeping your personal files.
