Hi

This is the same question I asked a couple of months ago. There was an update on Jan. 27 for Windows 11, since that time my Epson printer has been having issues with the cartridge tray moving on its own. I discovered when this happens it also using the ink faster. I did try uninstalling the update as suggested by this Forum, but the printer still has the same issue. I have contacted Epson on numerous occasions and have done everything they suggested, but the tray still keeps moving. Now Epson is saying it is probably a Windows problem. I cannot find a number to speak to tech support. Does anyone have any other suggestions. Once the tray runs for a period of time, a sheet prints out with an error message. GET/eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1 Host: localhost. Help.....

If possible connect the printer to a different PC and see if the problem persists?

Try uninstall the Epson's driver and software and restart your PC and run Windows Update and see if it offer any driver or software?

Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
