Constant connection problems

So I've been struggling thorugh this for a few days constantly, rarely my pc flashes with blue screen of death for a second and then restarts itself and every time I check the event viewer right before the crash i see error "The IPv6 TCP/IP interface with index 19 failed to bind to its provider." . More often my internet starts connecting and disconnecting for a few seconds straight.

Also I see a lot this error "The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

 and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

 to the user DESKTOP-LM67JNC\temporary SID (S-1-5-21-615391527-3364159070-1733541367-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool."

It doesnt really matter if I use anything, happens in games, while I'm on discord or whatever. The blue death screen thing happend on the lock screen so I doubt it depends on some application.

Before this for maybe a year sometimes my ethernet before started disconnecting and donnecting back for a minute or so.

I couldnt find anything about this so help is very appreciated
