Random Bluescreen Errors - No knowable fix

New laptop, no antivirus other than Windows Defender, no new software installed that has ever given me issues on any other device. Bluescreen stopcode: "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION". Microsoft support page has been of very little help. The computer is fully up-to-date (no updates in Windows Update, not even optional updates).

Computer Specs:

Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 6600U with Radeon Graphics @ 2.90 GHz

Installed RAM - 8.00 GB max

System type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition - Windows 11 Home

Version - 21H2

OS Build - 22000.1641

Manufacturer/Device type - Lenovo Yoga 7 14ARB7

Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

There were 5 mini dump files posted.

    All of them were debugged.

    There was one misbehaving driver.

Please reinstall the AMD GPU drivers amdkmdag.sys displayed on the Lenovo website.

If there are any additional BSOD then run the V2 log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

    Hello questions_,

I do realise that all of this is true, but as this laptop is relatively new, and as I have already gotten it set out how I want it, I really do not want to migrate to another laptop yet again.

    Thank you for the suggestion,

    Glacitor

    Hey,

Sorry for replying with a different account, I didn't mean to create the post with the account I used.

Here is a OneDrive link of the requested files/folders: Microsoft Requested Files - the link is to a folder containing MEMORY.DMP, and the Minidump folder, with its files in place as well.

    Thank you for your help,

    Glacitor

At the time of sale the computer manufacturer is responsible for the hardware, OEM operating system, drivers, applications, etc.

New laptops should not have BSOD.

Please contact Lenovo for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If you or Lenovo needs documentation of the problems then logs can be collected for troubleshooting.

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them via One Drive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed and indicate which file is causing the crash.

Also, check C:\Windows and share the MEMORY.DMP file.

If the folder is empty or the MEMORY.DMP is not available, kindly share the Event viewer logs:
