I have a shared USB printer installed on a Windows 10 machine that doesn't have a set password and automatically logs into the main admin account on startup. When trying to access the shared printer on another windows 10 machine, it's asking for a username and password. What do I enter here?

Enter the administration username password for that system.
Secondly ensure you are up to date for any OS updates on that system.
There was an issue some time back that broke the functionality of shared printers in windows 10. Several fixes were released to address this issue and they need to be installed.
