Getting "Install Error - 0x80070103" on both a Surface Pro 8 and a Dell 8950 for a series of extensions. I have restarted and retried multiple times.

Many people report that there is a list of driver updates not being installed through the Windows update process and this seems to be a bug that many people are experiencing, it is caused by the installed device drivers being newer than the drivers offered on windows updates, the best option would be to pause your updates for 7 days to stop these drivers constantly trying to install themselves until Microsoft releases a patch for this bug.
