There are 4 drivers from a document camera that I cannot get rid of, so I am not able to turn on memory integrity. I have unistalled the document camera, but the .sys drivers remain. I did try to delete using pnputil.

Have you tried going into safe mode to remove the driver and check to see if the problem disappears?
