    Hi, Revmax.

You have made the registration key on the printer server and also create a local account and administrator permissions and try to connect the printer.

    Hi, Revmax.

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

1- Uninstall Windows update KB5005565 and restart it.

2- Open "regedit" as administrator open, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Control > Print

In the "Print" folder, right-click, place the arrow over "new" and select "DWORD (32-bit) Value". Then, name the new record as “RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled” and set it to value “0”.

You can hide the update and remember the KB5005565 number of the Update run the "Show or hide updates" application troubleshooter by downloading it from the Microsoft Download Center, however, to make it easier, I'll leave the link here below:

    https://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F...

When you click on the download link, you will be asked to open or save. Choose save.

Opening wushowhide.diagcab will start troubleshooting. Click Next to proceed and follow the instructions provided to complete successfully.

When finished, you will have disabled/blocked the update of just that kb
