resizing ssd drive

I recently installed new ssd drive in my laptop. when I tried to update to latest windows I couldnt because not enough space on that partition. I tried through disk management to extend the partition but on shrink option is available. The drive (C)is 500gb and the partition when windows is installed is on 30gb aprox. I have another partition (D) 430gb , and another 6gb unallocated . the partitions are NTFS.

    To expand C drive, you would need a 3rd party tool to get free space from Drive D.

    Minitool free version should do that for you:
