Did you get this file from an Email? If so, please don't download anything from that email. As that could be a fake email message trying to get your computer infected.

    perhaps this file is needed to remotely control my computer, if you have any ideas how to check the computer for the presence of such software so that no one can use it remotely, I will be grateful if you share this information

    Thanks for the answer, I didn’t even open the file, it was blocked automatically, so I immediately deleted this file
