Hey all,
I have been having issues lately with my PC crashing when gaming. This seems random for timing, sometimes 10 minutes and sometimes 3 hours.

Due to such, I have had warnings that my 3600mhz RAM overclock has failed and asked me to reboot using defaults with my XMP profile turned off, resulting in 2666mhz ram instead. The crashing still occurs, however, with this change.

I am worried this error may be due to the motherboard and not just the RAM - can you offer any insight?

    Please
find above the minidump files and memory.dmp

I have also run Memtest 86 with all my RAM in, and it has failed with 10001 errors with all RAM (4x8GB) sticks in. I removed the 2 I had tested with previously, and this time it has passed all tests. This is with my XMP profile off, meaning I am running at 2666mhz instead of 3600mhz.

Unfortunately, this tells me that I potentially have more than one issue. While the RAM left is passing fine, I could still have the PC crash when playing games after a few hours.

    OK bit of further information:

With XMP off and remaining RAM using 2666mhz, Memtest86 passed all tests
The same settings have seen Unigene Valley run for 1 hour without crashes, and 3D mark DX11/DX12 benchmarks run multiple times with no issues.

    However,

When turning XMP back on (what I have been using for 18 months) with my 3600mhz profile selected and what's recommended for my RAM, I shortly had a BSOD on running 3D marks Dx11 test and after just 6 minutes of Memtest86 saw errors.

I am now leaning to this being an issue with RAM and XMP.. any other thoughts?

    Hi Tom,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them via One Drive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed and indicate which file is causing the crash.

Also, check C:\Windows and share the MEMORY.DMP file.

If the folder is empty or the MEMORY.DMP is not available, kindly share the Event viewer logs:
