Hello

I'm trying to install .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 11, but getting error code 0x80070490 no matter if the installer is offline or online version. I reset all network as well and tried different Wi-Fi and Wi-FI hotspot that go though my phone to 3G but it still won't install and give me error code 0x80070490. Uninstall anti-virus and dsiable firewall doesn't solve the problem.

I've used the control panel, downloaded the instaler manualy but i can't install it on my pc.

Same error code (0x80070490) when it's downloading on the Method 1 – Using Turn Windows features on or off

On Method 2 – Using Windows Terminal after the command says

    Error: 1168

    Item not found.

I've done all like the video on that page and didn't work.
