After the 22H2 update I have problems with my bluetooth connection. The wireless mouse as well as the wireless headphone shows problems. The problem is that the connection is lost many times. Sometimes the connection remains for hours but most of times it remains for only seconds. I attach the msinfo32 printscreen. I tried many tips as indicated by others but was not able to solve the problem. Please indicate how to solve this problem. Best regards, H

    Hi HHo60,

I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I'll do my best to help you.

I can see here that you're having issue with bluetooth after updating to 22H2.

Looks like the msinfo32 page is not showing or uploaded.

Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

    1. Kindly shutdown your device (not restart) and wait for 3 minutes before turning it on.

Check if the issue still persists.

    1. Please check and follow the steps from the link below:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix...

    1. Kindly try to download and install the Wifi driver from your device manufacturer's website.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

22H2 is an optional update not an auto update.

Nothing has been attached. You have to use the pic icon in the post menu bar to upload any pic.

Visit that PC makers support to udate both Bios and all drivers, There should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility.

By default win11 does not update drivers, these should only be obtained from the PC maker
