Is there a command line command to enable/disable: Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse?

Most of the time I like to use the option in MS Windows 11: Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse. Sometimes I want to temporarily disable this option because it is annoying. Now I'm looking for a way to do this quickly. For example with a command line command or by a hotkey or something else. I have also set the response time to 75 ms in the registry, if I disable the option in the control panel and then enable it again, the response time is also set to the default 500 ms. The most convenient would therefore be a command line command where I can also set the response time with parameters. Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

Microsoft currently has no appropriate command to help you realize this function, but it can use some third-party software to realize it. Since we can't recommend third-party software for you, you can go to Microsoft Learn. Here is a link to the forum, you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.

    Best regards
