Headphone mice doesnt work.

Please anyone help me? I have a headset with a microphone. It has one plug for my laptop (so no green and red one). I am sure my mice works because it works when plugged in ps4 controller, but on my laptop, it says Realtek stereo mix. for some reason, my laptop uses its own mice and doesn't switch to the mice on my headset. I tried so much, device management, etc. does anyone know THE SOLUTION?

    From what I understand, your headset has a single P3 jack plug (three black or white lines), correct?

    Usually, the Realtek audio driver comes with the Realtek Audio Manager or Realtek Audio Console, which is hidden in the system tray.

    Open the Realtek Audio Manager/Console and look for your computer's connector settings. With the headset connected, click on the connector for the headset and specify that you have a headset connected.
