I was more so asking if anyone knew how to make the taskbar small (via settings or other means). If you know how to do that, that'd be great!
Task Bar Sizing
Why did "2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022913)" take away the ability to change the task bar size via regedit? Now, I can't make my taskbar small. I'm using a 2560x1080 21:9 ultrawide monitor, so even the previous workaround (HKCU:\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced --> TaskbarSi --> 0) didn't look perfect, but was an improvement.
Does anyone know a current workaround or in a similar situation?

2023-03-05T17:24:34+00:00 You being able to exist on such a minuscule scope of purpose inspires my nightmares to do better. I ask myself, "How has it come to this?"

2023-03-02T19:35:51+00:00 Oh. Its a known issue that any customization of that sort causes issues with the latest update. They certainly do not test against all the hacky things people do. This is why I normally try to avoid helping people make customization's, as well as the fact that it adds to people being unwilling to clean install, and can cause unforeseen problems.
Technically, you have it well. For many it causes a no boot situation.
I suggest trying to avoid that and using official settings only as much as possible. Those have enough random problems from being unable to test every combination possible. If there's nothing then try to live with it and adjust. You'll thank yourself by having less possible problems.
Hope the best :)
