Blue Screen kbdclass.sys Windows 11

This issue has been happening in tandem with hard restart crashes (Event ID 41). Typically these provide no minidump, and are accompanied by an Event id 161 error. However, I have also enjoyed BSOD crashes with a similar Event ID and BugcheckCode, however these have provided a dump. The blue screen provided me kbdclass.sys as the point of failure. Included below is the minidump file from the crash.

Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1. Check the motherboard website > upgrade the BIOS to the most up to date non-beta BIOS

Yes, the problem is most likely related to Clevo Control Center.

Can you try to uninstall and reisntall it?

Many thanks for the quick reply. I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for, however, just by quickly putting 'control center' into the search bar, I've found 'Control Center 3.0', which app settings tells me is published by Clevo Co. A cursory glance at the application suggests it handles settings for power modes, fan speed, the LED keyboard, and 'Flexikey', a hotkey/macro setup.

Hopefully this is relevant, and if not, please share what to look for further.

    Hi Daniel_218,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

    The minidump files indicated "HKKbdFltr.sys

" which is HotKey Keyboard Class Filter Service (Signed by Insyde Software).

May I know if you have any Hotkey (Control Center) installed in the system?

    Thanks.
