Hello Ashton. I'm Greg, here to help you with this.
No reports I can find of Malwarebytes being compromised. It is the industry's leading scanner.
There are a lot of problems however with Memory Integrity so if that's what flagged it you might want to go over it:
- There is more about managing Core Isolation Memory Integrity here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/why...
https://allthings.how/how-to-fix-incompatible-d...
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/memory-integrity... (Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially avoid Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)
- Drivers which are already added to Windows System 32 driver folders can be surgically removed following this guide:
https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/driver-unins...
- After reviewing all of these best resources you may decide to disable this feature for now. The best guide for this is here:
https://www.elevenforum.com/t/enable-or-disable...
(The great thing about MVP Shawn Brink's tutorials is that he is normally the best expert on the subjects he writes about, and is usually easily accessible in the Comments section of his tutorials where you can contact him if you need further help.)
Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
