Code: 0x80004002 Error Code Everywhere

Hello! I have Error Code: 0x80004002

And i cannot remove it

I watched over around 10 Youtube Videos how to fix it

Still the same thing

I cannot install any programs from Microsoft store or Update my Windows and From microsoft rewards i cannot get anything

I run Windows 11

My mom has computer too and still faces the same thing! Its impossible for me to remove it! Please help what to do
