My bios says secure boot is enabled which it is but in pc health check is says other wise. It also says in the bios no secure devices. I need help, I enabled tpm earlier but I want windows 11.

While you are doing that, perhaps you could tell us what Bios settings you have for Secure Boot and the CSM? Different Bios configurations may not set them correctly for Win 11.
Things you might see are the CSM as enabled when it should be disabled. And secure boot set as Windows Boot Manager and Other OS as opposed to Windows UEFI.
