Can I add instance name on SQL Availability Group 2016

I installed SQL Server and I'm planning to add Always ON
the question is can i add instance name after listener
I need to use: Listener\Instance
not Listener

    Hi @ahmed elkhouly ,

    There are two situations:

    1. When adding Listener, the answer is no.
      The test results are as follows:

    2.When connecting, the answer is yes
