Hello,
I have a Windows Server 2016 with IIS with many scheduled tasks. One day I noticed that they were blocked even if they were in "running state". Event viewer was full of events 10016 - The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{D63B10C5-BB46-4990-A94F-E40B9D520160}
and APPID
{9CA88EE3-ACB7-47C8-AFC4-AB702511C276}
After reboot everything was working again and events 10016 was not showing up for about one week.
After one week scheduled task blocked and event viewer was full of events 10016.
If I launch scripts without task scheduler they work fine.
Please help

    Hi,
    For Event log 10016, you can try setting the DCOM permissions.

    Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
