    Hello Duc Cuong,

Good to see you in Microsoft Community.

Did you have any special actions (such as installing system updates*,* hardware changes*, etc.*) before that?

Depending on the error code, 0x000000e the current error is related to the Windows boot item exception, and you can fix it by following the steps below.

    • Steps to enter winRE (From a black or blank screen)
    1. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    3. On the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices show the manufacturer’s logo when restarting) hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    4. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    5. When Windows restarts, hold down the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    6. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    7. Allow your device to restart into Automatic Repair and select Advanced Options to enter winRE.
    8. On the Choose an optionscreen, select TroubleshootAdvanced options.
    9. Choose "Startup Repair" to try the system automatic repair.
    10. Select "Command Prompt", then log in with your account, and run the commands below.
       sfc /scannow

       chkdsk X: /f

       bootrec /fixmbr

       bootrec /fixboot

       bootrec /scanos

       bootrec /rebuildbcd

    11. If you installed the system update before the system is abnormal, you can use "Uninstall Updates" to uninstall recent updates (which include Quality updates and Feature updates, try both).

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,
