Windows 11 BOOT LOOP ON NEW PC
Hi, i just built my brand new pc with Windows 11 Ready Motherboard. I am currently stuck on a Loop. Windows downloads on SSD, download is complete, it does its normal thing where it restarts, but then going back to the windows setup with the languages and keyboard input stuff. Ive done the bootrec and other stuff, but nothing seems to work for me and i getting the parts for this build was a hassle, how can i really fix this? could this be a hardware issue? please help im so tired of this.

2023-03-16T13:36:34+00:00 Mobo: Gigabyte Z790 Aero G
Cpu: Intel i5 13600K
Gpu: Gigabyte Aero 4070 Ti
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x16GB 5200Mhz
SSD: Kingston 1TB SSD
And the RAM is compatible.
The pc when boots, the boot light turns orange for a bit but then turns off. is there any way i can fix this without having to buy and return new parts?

Unfortunately this means a hardware problem usually. Please try to rebuild your PC with careful contact cleaning. Wha are the components' models? Is your RAM listed in the motherboard compatibility table?
