I gave you the steps that always work for the problem you displayed. If you don't want to change the Scaling then confirm you have the best (which is NOT always the latest) Display driver and then adjust the screen resolution. I gave you a tutorial that shows every possible way to do this.

Standing by here waiting to help if you will report back results of these steps.

Hi, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

Try all of the fixes for display adapter here, including updating to the latest, choosing a better screen resolution and/or turning off or adjusting Scaling to control type and object size:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Once you have the best Display driver and Screen resolution, there are more steps here to try for display scaling:

Let me know if you have any questions or I can help performing any of the above steps. Based on the results you post back I will have other steps to try if necessary.

It's likely due to a display scaling issue. Here's how you can fix it:

    1. Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings."
    2. Scroll down to the "Scale and layout" section and click on "Advanced scaling settings."
    3. In the advanced scaling settings, turn off the "Let Windows try to fix apps so they're not blurry" option.
    4. Go back to the Display settings page and under "Scale and layout," set the scaling to 100%.
    5. Restart your computer and check if the icons on the taskbar are now properly aligned.

If the issue persists, try adjusting the taskbar settings:

    1. Right-click on the taskbar and select "Taskbar settings."
    2. Scroll down to the "Taskbar" section and turn off the "Use small taskbar buttons" option.
    3. Under the "Notification area" section, click on "Turn system icons on or off."
    4. Make sure that the icons for WiFi, Sound, Battery, and Date/Time are turned on.
    5. Restart your computer and check if the icons on the taskbar are now properly aligned.
